    The Attorney General enforces state and federal consumer protection laws. Most consumer complaints we receive are referred initially to other state and federal agencies for investigation and/or dispute resolution handling.     • Complaints about a business or other entity should include the most complete contact information for that entity that you have.

    The Attorney General's office acts as an advocate for domestic violence services and victims; enhances cooperation among state agencies; supports effective coordinated responses to domestic violence by acting as a source of information to interested parties; and promote statewide awareness and education.
